Crashed and burned at karaoke
Ok, so we all get a little tipsy now and again, especially when singing in front of large groups of strangers! Needless to say, I had had a few too many by the end of the night, and had signed up for Meredith Brooks' "Bitch". At one point in the song, the line reads something about a goddess on my knees. Well, seeing/singing that, I decided I'd get down on my knees!! Suffice to say the KJ (karaoke jockey) ended my song right then (luckily he faded out the music rather than just cutting it off abruptly). Maybe I did more than just get down on my knees?? ;o)
